2025 Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship
Applicants will be judged on scholarship, leadership, and financial need. The 2023 application deadline is November 14, 2022, at 11:59 p.m., Pacific Time.
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to students in their final year of high school. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. The Foundation has provided over 6,600 Coca-Cola Scholars with more than $78 million in educational support. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship.

The GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship offers $40,000 in college scholarships for high school seniors nationwide who showcase leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship. Application period: TBA
Coolidge Scholarship
The Coolidge Scholarship is a full-ride, four-year, merit scholarship that may be used by recipients for undergraduate study at any accredited college or university in the United States.
Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholar
JRF Scholars receive grants of up to $30,000 over four years to supplement the financial aid they receive from their colleges or universities. In addition, Scholars receive extensive support services, including career guidance and internship placement, and attend JRF’s annual four-day "Mentoring and Leadership Conference" in New York City and other regional events throughout the year. The application closes at 5:00 p.m. ET on January 11, 2025.
2023 HSF Scholar Program
Every year, HSF selects 10,000 outstanding students as HSF Scholars from a broad and talented pool of applicants. Scholars are selected based on merit. Award amounts range from $500 - $5,000, based on relative need. Deadline: TBA.
Men's College Scholarship
The scholarship is designed to identify and reward outstanding high school seniors who have demonstrated an ability to excel in the fields of academics, extra-curricular school activities, and community involvement. The scholarship is available to any male, senior graduating high school who is enrolling in a four-year undergraduate college program that commences in the fall. The scholarship is awarded through the Foundation for Fraternal Excellence, a registered 501(c)3 organization. The deadline for applications is April 3, 2023.

Dr. Bob Mooneyham Memorial Scholarship For Future Teachers
The Oklahoma State School Board Foundation will present the Dr. Bob Mooneyham Memorial Scholarship again this spring to a deserving Oklahoma high school senior. Online applications for the one-year $5,000 scholarship are due by Jan. 13
Oklahoma Oil & Gas Scholarship
Each year, we award up to $500,000 to students majoring in petroleum-related fields at the University of Oklahoma (OU), the University of Tulsa (TU), Oklahoma State University (OSU) and Oklahoma City University (OCU). Each OERB Petroleum Scholar has the opportunity to be awarded up to $17,500 in scholarships throughout their college career.
Frances Koop Parsons/AT&T Pioneer Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship program was established through the AT&T Pioneers to assist Oklahoma students in obtaining their educational goals. The recipients of this scholarship will receive a $1,000 cash award to be used at an eligible Oklahoma career technology center, two-year college, or four-year university. This scholarship is open to first-time freshmen with at least a 3.0 high school GPA and whose family income does not exceed $75,000. The 2023-24 application must be postmarked on or before March 24, 2023. Applications without high school transcripts or income documentation will not be considered. What Drives You? Jiffy Lube Teen Driver Scholarship Program
The Jiffy Lube "What Drives You?" High School Scholarship program is a unique opportunity to pursue your interests, goals, and ideas. A simple 500 words about what drives you? Finalist essays will be selected from the 500-word “What Drives You?” essays. Each finalist will be guaranteed a minimum $1,000 award if they create and submit a unique 1-2 min. video that expands on their essay in their own candid words, visuals, etc. The overall $4,000 scholarship winner will be chosen from these videos. Deadline: March 10th, 2023!
Junior League of Tulsa
The deadline for the application is Friday, January 20th, 2023. After reviewing all applicants, we will conduct virtual interviews in February 2023, select our 2 award recipients, and then award the 2 ($2,500) scholarships at our Mentorship Matters event scheduled for Thursday, March 30, 2023 (Location and Time TBD).
Karol L. & Dorothy D. Hujsak Engineering Scholarship /James W. & Glenda C. Kilmer Engineering Scholarship
A scholarship for first-year students studying toward a career in engineering. Application Deadline: February 1, 2023.
Brandon Magalassi Memorial Scholarship
Each year, the Magalassi Foundation awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors in the Owasso and Collinsville communities. Since it’s founding, the Foundation has awarded $122,000 to 122 students! We will be accepting applications from January 1, 2023, through March 10, 2023.
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Scholarship
The Lesley Hyche-Turay Educational Scholarship is given on behalf of the Phi Beta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the Building Legacies Upon Excellence (B.L.U.E.) Foundation. This scholarship is named in honor of the memory of Lesley Hyche-Turay, a member of the Phi Beta Zeta Chapter, who tragically lost her life in a vehicular accident in December 2012. Lesley had a heart for children and wanted them to exceed and reach their highest potential. This scholarship seeks to award two $1,000 scholarships to selected, qualified applicants that are female graduating high school seniors or current female undergraduates seeking a bachelor’s degree. We encourage qualified applicants to apply for this scholarship by the deadline - Monday, February 6, 2023.
Owasso Character Council Scholarship
Graduating students attending an Owasso high school or living within the boundaries of the Owasso School District. Scholarship Value: $5000. Applications must be received by January 31. Interviews of finalists will be conducted in March/April and the recipients announced in May.
Hance Henrie Memorial Annual Scholarship
Each year, the Hance Henrie Memorial Annual Scholarship is awarded to one graduating senior. The scholarship will be a $1000 one-year award given to the student writing an essay selected as the best to prevent drunk/impaired driving. This scholarship was funded by the proceeds raised from the annual Hance Henrie Memorial Run for the Patch (held for 10 years). Participants of the race- runners, walkers, sponsors, FUMC Owasso, and the hard-working race committee made these funds possible. Applications will be accepted between February 1, 2023, and March 17, 2023. Applications will not be accepted after March 17, 2023.
SEEF Scholarship
The SEEF has been serving Tulsa community students since 1983 by offering need-based scholarships to help students attend colleges and universities all over the United States. Although Simon Estes is a world-renowned bass-baritone who was inducted into the Opera Hall of Fame in 2022, our scholarship is not a music scholarship. The 428 former scholarship recipients are currently serving their communities in occupations including teachers, doctors, lawyers, nurses, and engineers. Additional information on the foundation and its founders can be found on page 14 in the February 2023 issue of Tulsa People. All eligible applications must be received via email by 5 pm on MARCH 17, 2023.
Tulsa Alumnae Chapter - Delta Sigma Theta Scholarship
The Tulsa Alumnae Chapter in collaborative partnership with Tulsa S.T.E.P.S. Foundation, Inc. is pleased with your decision to complete its application for the pilot project for the Tulsa Alumnae’s President’s Scholarship award. Tulsa Alumnae Chapter extends scholarship awards as part of its community service program. We are proud to have continued this activity for over 65 years in the Tulsa community. Scholarships are awarded to college-bound high school seniors based on scholastic achievement(s), and community involvement. As we are unable to meet the needs of every student who applies, certain information must be included with the application form for evaluation. Please be assured all information received by our chapter is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with any other organization or legal entity. All information must be sent via US mail (not hand-delivered) to the address referenced within the scholarship application and must be postmarked no later than April 21, 2023. All applicants will be notified via US mail of award results, postmarked no later than May 8, 2023.
Owasso Bouquet of Gardeners
The Owasso Bouquet of Gardeners Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Owasso by promoting civic beautification, protecting the environment, stimulating interest and knowledge in horticulture, and providing a scholarship with funds raised at the club’s annual Spring Garden Festival. The Owasso Bouquet of Gardeners Club will award one $1,000 scholarship to an Owasso High School graduate who is seeking continued education at a fully accredited institution of higher learning. Funds are paid directly to the institution where the recipient is enrolled. Applications must be postmarked by April 10, 2023. Late and/or incomplete applications will not be considered.
2023 JoeDon Waters Memorial Scholarship
For OHS Outstanding Native American Graduates. Must submit a completed application by the deadline of 5 pm Friday, April 14, 2022.
Owasso Fire Local 2789 Scholarship
The Owasso Fire Local 2789 provides a scholarship to help further the education of a student who enrolled in an accredited learning institution, university, trade, or technical school within the State of Oklahoma. The application form must be completed and submitted with all supplemental materials no later than July 1.
