Advanced Placement (AP) Courses

AP is a rigorous academic program built on the commitment, passion, and hard work of students and educators from both secondary schools and higher education. AP classes provide students with college-level rigor while still in high school. Students may earn college credit through a score of 3 or better on AP course exams and or advanced standing in college.

2027 AP Exam Schedule

The 2027 Advanced Placement (AP) Exam schedule is provided below to help students and families plan ahead. Please review each exam date and time carefully, and be sure to arrive as instructed by your AP teacher or exam coordinator. Additional information regarding testing procedures and requirements will be shared prior to exam day.

Exam Locations:

All exams will be given on the West Campus of the High School in the Multi-Use Gym and in classrooms.

AP Join Course | Exam Registration | Payment (Fall 2026-27)

I. My AP Join Course: Deadline August 28, 2026

Step 1: Sign In

Sign in to myAP (college board) - The College Board using your College Board student account login. This is the same login you use to access your AP scores, PSAT scores, or to register for the SAT. If you do not have a student account, click the Sign up link.

Step 2: Join a Course

Get the join code from your teacher. Click the Join a Course or Exam button. Enter the join code your teacher gave you and click Submit.

Step 3: Verify Course Information

Make sure the information that comes up is for the course you are taking. If it is, click Yes.

Step 4: Fill Out Registration Information

The first time you enroll in an AP course in MY AP, you will need to fill out some registration information. It is important to provide accurate information. You only have to do this once.

Step 5: Multiple Courses

If you’re taking multiple AP courses, repeat steps 2-4 for each course using the unique join code for each course.

II. On Time AP Exam Registration/Payment: September 1-November 6, 2026

Step 1:

By default, every student who enrolls in a class section will be included in the exam roster with an order exam status of Yes. Students who have not paid for their exam(s) by the final deadline of November 12 will have their exam status changed to No, and exams will not be ordered.

Step 2:

On Time Payments: Pay for Exam(s) in Total Registration (September 1-November 6, 2026)
Students will PAY for all exams online at Total Registration

Cost: First exam: $104.00
Additional exams: $75 each
Free & Reduced student exam cost: $10 per exam

Financial hardship forms for non-free & reduced students will be available in September in the counseling offices.

III. Late Registration/Payment Window: November 7-November 12 , 2026

Students who pay for an exam during the late payment window will pay an additional $10 late fee per exam.

The district exam order will be verified and submitted on November 13, 2026.

Students who cancel their exam once the district order has been submitted or who order an exam after the district order has been submitted will be charged a $40 cancellation/late order fee. This applies to the period between November 13, 2026 and March 12, 2027. Exams cancelled after March 12 will also incur this late fee. Students who do not use an ordered exam will be charged a $40 unused exam fee.

Please note: All high school-age students who live within the boundaries of the Owasso Public Schools district are eligible to take AP tests whether enrolled in the school district or not.
