We primarily communicate important senior information directly with students through email. While we encourage students to take ownership of staying informed, we understand that messages are not always shared with parents or guardians.

To help keep families connected, we also maintain a senior parent email list generated through PowerSchool. If you are not currently receiving senior updates and would like to be added, please contact Mrs. James or Mrs. Tompkins.

Cap and Gown Information

Your cap and gown are an important part of celebrating graduation! Cap and gown ordering takes place in October, and orders typically arrive during the first week of May.

Tip: Don't wait! Ordering early helps ensure your graduation items arrive in time for senior events and commencement.

The maximum cost for optional senior class items and activities is $115. Seniors may choose which items they would like to purchase.

Senior Class T-Shirt

• Cost: $20–$25
• Features a design created and voted on by the senior class.

Senior Class Yard Sign

• Cost: $25
• Celebrate your senior with a commemorative Class of 2027 yard sign.

Grad Bash at Incredible Pizza

• Early Registration Cost: $65
• Beginning May 1: $75
• At the Door: $100

Grad Bash is a fun opportunity for seniors to celebrate together at Incredible Pizza after graduation festivities.

How to Order

Pick up a yellow order envelope from one of the following locations:

• Main Office (East Campus)
• Mrs. Tompkins' classroom (E119)

Payments may be made:

• Using the yellow order envelope
• Online through InTouch Receipting

Good to Know: All purchases are optional, and students may participate in as many or as few activities as they choose. Purchasing early can help you save money and ensure you don't miss out on these memorable senior experiences.

Grad Bash at Incredible Pizza

Celebrate with your classmates after graduation at Grad Bash, an all-night event filled with food, fun, and memories!

Cost

• $65 through April 30, 2027

• $75 beginning May 1, 2027

• $100 at the door

What's Included?

Your Grad Bash admission includes:

• Entry to Incredible Pizza

• Unlimited food and drinks throughout the evening

• A chance to celebrate with fellow seniors one last time

Event Hours

• Doors open: 11:00 p.m.

• Doors close: 12:00 a.m. (midnight)

Important: Students will not be permitted to leave early. Once a student arrives at Grad Bash, they are expected to remain until the event concludes.

Transportation

Students may return to Owasso High School in one of two ways:

• School bus transportation provided from Incredible Pizza to OHS, or

• Personal vehicle transportation with a parent/guardian release.

A Google Form will be shared closer to the event so students can:

• Indicate their transportation preference

• Complete the required permission form if they will not be riding the bus

School Excusal

Students attending Grad Bash will be excused from school on May 19, 2027.

Don't wait to register! Purchasing your ticket before May 1 saves money and guarantees your spot at one of the final celebrations of senior year. Make memories, enjoy time with friends, and finish your high school journey with a night to remember!

While celebrating senior year is exciting, Owasso High School does not sponsor, organize, or officially recognize a Senior Trip or Senior Skip Day. Any absences related to these activities will be handled in accordance with Owasso Public Schools' attendance and exemption policies.

As you make memories and enjoy your final year, please plan accordingly and be mindful of attendance requirements to ensure you remain eligible for senior activities and graduation.
