Virtual learning enrollment for the second semester will open on Monday, Nov. 22 and close on Friday, Dec. 10. Parents who have students currently enrolled in virtual learning and wish for their student to return to a brick and mortar classroom for the second semester can also use this window of time to communicate those wishes to the district, as well.

School sites in the Owasso Public Schools District announced their 2021-22 Teacher of the Year Award recipients recently, as the district continued its tradition of recognizing excellence in the classroom through the State of Oklahoma Teacher of the Year program.
On Thursday, Nov. 18, the Owasso Education Foundation surprised 47 teachers with money for 53 grants totaling $70,131.79 as part of the foundation’s annual “Grant Patrol” event.
A reminder that Thanksgiving Break is just around the corner! There will be no school from November 24 -26. Classes will resume on November 29.
The following message from the Owasso Public Schools Board of Education was distributed to families in the district following the November Board of Education meeting.
Owasso High School senior Ronald Walker was named by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation as one of approximately 16,000 Semifinalists in the 67th annual National Merit Scholarship Program on Wednesday, Sept. 15.
The information displayed is a running total that is updated each Friday afternoon. Cases will roll on and off as affected people go in/out of isolation.
