Transcript Request

Owasso HS transcripts are now being processed through Parchment 

Current Owasso HS students (9-12th grade) may create a FREE account with Parchment and request their transcript. PLEASE NOTE: NO National Test scores (ACT, SAT, PSAT, Pre-ACT) will be sent with the transcript.  You will need to contact the testing agency to request your scores to be sent. There is NO CHARGE for current 9 through 12th-grade students who are requesting a transcript.
 
Alumni (graduates as of August 1 of your graduating year) will be charged a fee of $3.95 per recipient. Walk-ins may pick up their transcript by creating a FREE account with Parchment and pay them directly and the transcript will be sent per your instructions.

HOW TO ORDER A TRANSCRIPT - step-by-step instructions:


1)  Contact [email protected] to verify if you already have a Parchment.com account.

2)  If you do not have an account, please follow these steps precisely:

        • Go to Parchment

        • Select "New Learner Account". Confirm that "I do not have a registration code (provided by my school)" is checked.

3)  Complete all required information
      • Use your legal name and include your full middle name

      • Please make sure you:

        • Do not indicate you are the parent

        • Do not sign up with Facebook

      • Create an account with your personal email address (Please do not use your school email address).

      • Click on the green "Sign Up" button

      • After you enter your password, select "No" as your option

      • Enter the confirmation code sent to you via email (This process is easier to do on a computer rather than your phone)

      • Select "Waive My Rights"

      • Save and Continue

4)  Go to the order page, and click on the green order button (ignore the red bar, it is for data collecting and does not affect your transcript order).
 
5)  Choose one of the following three options: Send to College/University, Send to Self (your personal email), Send to Someone Else (their name and email)
 
6)  Keep the default "Electronic". Choosing another option costs extra and takes longer. Electronic is delivered immediately once the request is processed.
