Fine Arts Requirement

All students in the graduating class of 2023 and later are required to complete a year of Fine Arts. The Fine Arts Competency through Edgenuity is in lieu of taking a full year fine arts course. The Fine Arts Competency will not result in credit earned, but a check on the transcript indicating the competency has been met.

 

If you are a student who has taken or plans to take band, choir, visual arts, theater/drama, Ag Communications, TCC Humanities, or TCC Public Speaking, you will fulfill your requirement through that class and do not need to complete these competencies. If you plan to take the above courses, do not fill out this form. Check with your counselor to see if you have met the requirement.
