Student Mentoring

Student Mentoring
"We rise by lifting others."
-Robert Ingersoll

Student mentoring allows high school students to get involved with their peers that need more support socially and educationally. Peer mentors come into the special education classroom and work with students to reach their social and educational goals under the supervision of the teacher and paraprofessionals.
Student mentors also have the opportunity to volunteer for Special Olympics and be part of the Owasso Team at area games in March/April and state games in May.
